Meet The Founder
Why She Founded Peace & Harmony

Peace & Harmony In-Home Health Care was founded from a deeply personal place.
At a pivotal moment in her life, Sara found herself at a crossroads, choosing between continuing her full-time career or caring for a loved one who needed her. She chose family. Through more than 20 years of hands-on caregiving for her loved one, she gained firsthand insight into the emotional, physical, and logistical challenges families face every day.
That experience opened her eyes to a greater need in the community and inspired the creation of Peace & Harmony In-Home Health Care. What began as a personal commitment to care became a calling to support others walking a similar path.
Sara is a CNA-certified caregiver who believes quality care starts with compassion, consistency, and trust. To better support both families and her caregiving team, she uses her experience and training to ensure caregivers are properly prepared and supported. As a bilingual provider, she is also proud to serve Spanish-speaking families with care that is respectful, inclusive, and culturally understanding.
She believes good care is personal. It means taking the time to truly know the person being cared for, not just their needs, but their routines, preferences, and dignity. She never wants families to feel overwhelmed, guilty, or alone in the caregiving process. Asking for help should feel like relief, not uncertainty.
When it comes to caregivers, Sara insists on more than technical skills. She looks for individuals who are dependable, patient, and genuinely compassionate.
Today, Sara remains hands-on and deeply committed to serving seniors, families balancing work and caregiving, Spanish-speaking households, and veterans across Upstate South Carolina with care that brings peace, harmony, and peace of mind into every home.
